Tackle has recently made some exciting updates to improve the user experience.
Access Tags and Properties from anywhere
One of the key changes is that Tags and Properties are now more visible and accessible from the first menu, making it easier to use these important features.
Custom CRM properties
We’ve also added a new feature called CRM Properties, which allows users to access their CRM account, opportunity, and stage data from Salesforce or Hubspot through automatically created CRM properties. With this feature, users can tag accounts and opportunities to their calendar events, providing important information for strategic analysis.
Auto tagging rule based on Event Duration
Another new feature we’ve added is a Duration filter in the auto tag rule. It can actually track any calendar events based on duration irrespective of billable/non-billable events.
Improvement and Bug fixes:
We’ve also made some improvements and bug fixes, including a fix being enabled in production to prevent the Chrome Extension from going blank after login due to local storage shortage.
